Smart organization of folders

Accessibility is important and therefore we have ensured that forms, documents and images are available regardless of where you are in the system.

We have something we call System Folders, these are folders that the system creates automatically so that you as a user don't have to, but also to organize content.

System folders are created for:

  • Contacts

  • Projects

  • Forms

  • Tasks

  • Users

  • HSE and QA
