How to link files to folders?

A file can be linked to a folder by marking the file or files you want to link to a specific folder. When you choose to link one or more files, you get the folder structure, where you then choose where you want to save the marked files. The files that you choose to link to a folder become a copy of the original.

Any changes made to the original file(s) will also affect the linked "copy". This is a nice function if you want to have HSE documents that are directly linked to a project, so you don't have to update several of the same file, you only need to update the main file.
